Jessica Reid, the Co-Founder of FEAT for Children of Incarcerated Parents is embarking on a 10-day, 400 km walkathon from Ryerson University in Toronto to Parliament Hill in Ottawa. The goal of the walk is to increase awareness of the need to support children affected by parental incarceration and raise funds for vital supportive programming to help build brighter futures for the innocent children left behind. On Sunday June 4th, 2016, Jessica Reid, the Co-Founder and Executive Director of FEAT for Children of Incarcerated Parents, will embark on a ten-day, 400 km walking marathon from Ryerson University in Toronto to Parliament Hill in Ottawa. The goals of Feet for FEAT are to increase awareness on the need to support children affected by parental incarceration in Canada and raise funds for vital supportive programming to help build brighter futures for the innocent children left behind.
The Feet for FEAT blog will share Jessica's personal journey to make a difference for some of the most vulnerable children in Canada.
